Data Deletion Policy

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Boneiru at any time, free of charge.

Send an email to hello@boneiru.bq with subject line "Data Deletion Request" including:

• The email address associated with your account
• Your explicit request to delete all data

We confirm within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Self-service deletion from within the app is on the roadmap.

When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:

• Your email address and password hash
• Your profile name and photo
• All listings you have posted
• Saved favorites
• Any messages sent through the Platform

• Anonymized aggregated analytics (no longer linked to you)
• Server access logs containing IP address (90 days, then deleted)
• Records legally required in the context of a legal proceeding

Deleting your Boneiru account does not delete data shared outside the Platform (e.g. via WhatsApp). Contact those services separately.
